Do you want change block quote style 1 to block quote style 2 ?
Please tell me about style/font/colour you want change and send me your website management information ( admin url site, username and password ). I will add custom css to do that.

that is not permanent though? you're editing through a post and I have 400+ posts from the last theme I was using I would prefer to change them all at once

If you want change block style 1 to block style 2, please edit post have block quotes and replace '[penci_blockquote style="style-1"' to [penci_blockquote style="style-2" as screenshot http://prntscr.com/mb5v3i
Or backup and remove block quote you want change and re-add block quote. To add block quote, please click PenNews button on toolbar of editor and choose blockquote ( http://prntscr.com/mb5wlx ) then config block quote with option ( http://prntscr.com/mb5x32 )
change color of block quote, please go to Customize > Color of Single then scrolldown to "Blockquote Text Colors" and "Blockquote Border Colors" option as screenshot http://prntscr.com/mb5y3p

how do i perm change the style to block style 2?
Do you mind giving me a step by step on how i can change the block quotes? as they are all uppercase by default and also the style/font/colour
