I checked on your site . It seems that you enter link "https://www.snapchat.com/add/rbhsbearingnews" with snapchat and it open new tab when click.

Our snapchat account doesn't link when pressing its social media icon. I'm not sure what needs to go in the blank spot in Customize--Appearance--Social Media. All other accounts link fine.
