Hi,

Please try go to Customize > Color for Sidebar , then change "Background Heading Text Color" option as screenshot http://prntscr.com/md1bij

Hi,

It seem that you use header style 13 on block, please edit shotcode then go to "color" tab then change "Background text block color" option to any background color you want as screenshot http://prntscr.com/mcuu23, http://prntscr.com/mcuu7g
