Hi,

Please add more this code to Customize > Custom CSS to do that:

@media only screen and (max-width: 479px){
#navigation {
    padding-left: 20px;
    padding-right: 20px;
}
}

Change values 20 to values as you want.

Also, I see you asked us very and very much questions related with customization.

Please note that the support for all themes on Envato Market doesn't include customization - you can check here. So, we will doesn't provide support for customization questions from you anymore. We can't provide support for all 16k+ customers use this theme like that. Hope you can understand it.
