I add custom code to clear cache when create new post or edit post with "Penci Remove cache after add new or save post" plugin. And i create new post and check your site on frontend . It work fine.

sir.... Can you check it ? I cleared cache of all plugins last night. And still Featured slider not showing the latest posts.

I checked on your site, and i saw first post display like first post of list post on backend. ( http://prntscr.com/mim71z, http://prntscr.com/mim7ez )
i think cause by cache, please try deactivate all plugin cache on your site.
Always keep in mind, while website development or if you want to make any changes in your site you should't use any cache plugin.
After the completion of website modification yes you can use cache plugin in your site run faster. Let me know if my suggestion make any difference for you.

what did you check?? I've written 10 posts in last two days. Those posts are not appearing in featured slider.
