This is curious because I see nothing. I guess it is blocked by the addblocker in Chrome. This is the first time I made something that is blocked by an addblocker ;-)
So I have to do this another way.

I know how to find the URL but nothing appears. In the console the widget is visible but in reality it is not visible.

The first widget should be the banner but nothing is visible.

It should work. Have you fill correct data for this widget?
On Titlte field, fill the text you want to display on the banner ( if you want, this field can be empty )
On Banner URL field, fill the image url of banner you want to display. Check this guide to know how to get URL of image you upload.
On Banner Link field, fill the URL you want to go when users click on banner image.
Also, please try clearly all the cache - if you do using a cache plugin to make sure there is no any cache.
