Please edit homepage and edit shortcode you want show specific article .

This theme support many shortcode on home page. You can use theme on home page

Please edit shortcode then click "buider query" button then enter name post to "Individual Posts/Pages/Custom Post Types" option http://prntscr.com/mfcduf

how do I make a specific article my cover article for home page. Not able to figure this out from query builder. Like if I want it to remain static. While rest of other articles can change.
