As I checked on my computer, I see everything display normal:
Seem you have an adblock extension from your browser to make it doesn't showing. Please check it again.

Hi,
Please try config this widget via Appearance > Widgets. Don't do that via Customizer.
If it still doesn't work, let's go to Customize > General Options > make sure on "Select Sidebar for Homepage" > you've selected "Main Sidebar". Also, make sure you've clearly all the cache before check it again.
If all the points above doesn't work, let's send me your admin url and admin account ( username and password ) - in a private reply. I will take it a look on this help you.

Hi,
I recently Purchased Soledad themes for a food blog.
During customization, when I added ".Soledad List Banner" widget to the primary sidebar, filled relevant info and published, it was not visible in the sidebar, though other widgets are getting displayed. Please guide me on this issue. Please go through the screenshot for more details.
