If I turn on those options and something does not work, can I turn those off and it will go back to normal?

Hi,
Yeah, there are some cases ,it work not well. Before use 2 function, please backup your website.
I recommend you minifying CSS and Javascript. It will be good for your website speed.

Out of curiosity, will minifying CSS and Javascript break the website?
The caching plugin I use warns these 2 functions may break the website

PenNews is a great theme but I am having problems with slow loading of pages, especially in the dashboard and even more so in the post editor.
By testing the plugins and themes I have narrowed it down to the Penci Framework plugin causing the slow loading speeds.
Please advise how to resolve this problem.
