2/ About size of logo on header mobile, please use logo with max height is 48px

1. I'd like to place skycraper banners outside of the content, but I cannot find any widgets to place there on the left and the right next to the sidebars.
2. My Logo is on desktop ok sizewise, but on mobile it looks tiny mini like, how can I define the size on mobile phone?
