After publish a new post, you should clearly all the cache from W3 Total Cache & Autoptimize plugin to make sure there is no any cache for your site.

Some times on my site latest post section, some of my latest post are not showing, after reloading the home page it shows sometimes , sometimes don't so plz help me out of this.
