I checked on your site,
Pagination of block shortcode only work with template page is full width http://prntscr.com/mj6qkg, .
After you go to page 2, it will display blog with page 2.
I think you use load more post with block shortcode.

sorry - I found the full width :)
by the way I just found out, that I cannot use full width for top section - I change it in customizR but it did not work ;( - maybe you can check that too? thank you!

I checked on category page, i saw you use pagination number on the page and pagination work fine as screenshot

Pagination / load more-Buttons are not working on home page ?
Make sure that you don't use any plugin change query on your site. Please check it again.

I found out that all of my pagination / load more-Buttons are not working. Pagination shows the same articles on every page - and "load more" does not load anything new. How come?
