I want to remove all of the demo features. While removing all posts & pages removed all of the content, the demo structure (menu, categories, etc.) are still there. I would like to be able to use Soledad in the state in which I downloaded it, with no customization. Basically, I'd like to start over completely. Thank you.

Hi,
1/ If you want to switch to another demo, please do following steps:
\a/ Install plugin Customize Reset
\After that, go to Customize > click to button "Reset" at the top left of customize.
\b/ Import demo data of any demo you want. It's way 2 in the guide here Way 2: Import Only customizer data
If you want to remove the demo data only, you just need go to Posts > All Posts and Pages > All Pages > remove all posts/pages demo from demo data.
2/ Please do following like on this image to make Posts section appears at the left side of Appearance > Menus. After that, you can add any posts from Posts section to your menu.
3/ You can remove it by go to Customize > Other Layout Options > and check to "Hide Icon Post Format"
4/ Please use plugin Contact Form 7 to create your contact form. This theme are compatible with this plugin.
