I just checked your site and I found the issue caused by you've saved the changes as a draft - you need to change it to Publish - check this image: http://prntscr.com/mn1tgp
I've did it help you and everything working fine now.
For homepage featured boxes - please change/remove it via Customize > Homepage Options.

I am building my site, trying to customize it in Wordpress. The changes I am making in the customization panel are not showing up when I click "view my site" in Wordpress.
I can't get the slides to show up using the Penci Slider #2.
I also can't delete some of the homepage squares. I don't want as many to show up.
