Hi,

Please go to Customize > Addtional CSS then add custom css to do that:

.penci-owl-featured-area.style-2 .penci-image-holder:before {
    padding-top: 133.1412%;
}

you can change padding top is 133% to any value you want ( Ex : 66.7%, 100% )
