That's auto update from new editor of Wordpress from version 5. It still has some bugs.
So, I recommend you install plugin Classic Editor to back to old editor.

Life After Football has recently moved to this website system and despite working fine for the first few months (before it went public), it has been causing us problems ever since last week.
Articles will not upload and even the auto-saving of drafts fails. Articles also cannot be published. Instead, a red banner along the top of the screen which reads 'uploading failed' shows. I am wondering how to fix this issue, as it is one I have never experienced with Wordpress before.
