The autosave is feature from Wordpress version 5+ itself and there is no any option to disable it..
For issues with the cursor jumps out of line, please try do following this image to fixed it. We will fixed this issue in the next update version of Soledad theme.

I start have a problem after changed my theme for Soledad with my text editor. It blinks every few seconds and cursor jumps out of line I’m writing to the beginning of the block. Just imaging I do not notice it and go on typing, then look at the screen and WOW “what’s the mess?”
I already try many ways to disable the autosave, but none works.
