We've bought extended license from WPBakery Page Builder - so, you can use it legal. We've said more about this here.
If you want active WPBakery Page Builder , you need to buy a license from WPBakery to do that.

Hi,
Please go to https://themeforest.net, login to your themeforest account and go to download page > re-download "All files and documentation" > after downloaded this package, extract it and open the folder,you will see list of plugin you want update with latest version.
Then you need to delete old Penci's plugins. Please go to admin page > Plugins > All Plugins > deactivate & delete plugin you want update then re-install and active theme.
