Hi,

If you want add ads on home page, please try use "Raw HTML" shortcode http://prntscr.com/mo8u69

If you want add ads on widget, please go to Administration > Appearance > Widgets, then use Penci Custom HTML widgets ( http://prntscr.com/mo8tpd )
