Hi,

That's logo and it's an image. You can replace it to your logo image via Customize > Logo and Header Options > "Upload Logo" & "Logo for Vertical Mobile Nav"
Have a lot of way to help you create a logo, you can search on google for keywords: "create logo online free" - a lot of site can help you to create an logo.

Also, here is some notes for you:

1/ You should go to Dashboard > Settings > Reading > and make your config look like this image

2/ You should check documentation for this theme here to know how to setup/config this theme - It's short and easy to understand.

Hi, maybe I'm looking over this or not looking in the right place but how can I change my blog title to say something other than the default "Soledad" my blog isn't called that and I'd like to change it to something else more related to the content I'll be posting. Can you help? Screen shot provided.
