Okay, I found the solution, excuse me being blin!
In case anyone else might find this useful: it's actually quite obvious if you know wordpress a little. You can change the template of the page and choose "page with sidebar" or "no sidebar" there.

I am using the sidebar only on the blog-part of my page and archives and such. The only way I found out to do this is via the visual builder and add the sidebar as an element. However that doesn't make the sidebar sticky anymore. But if I chose "page with sidebar" via customizer it adds the sidebar to pages where I do not want them. Could you help me out with this? Is there a way to "exclude" certain pages from the sidebar settings I chose in the customizer or something? Thanks in advance!
It's insane how many possibilities there are with this theme so I might just be a bit overwhelmed haha
