Hi,

You can do that by use filter Slider by Tags. Please do following steps:

1/ Create a new tag ( example: featured ) via Posts > Tags > Add New

2/ Add this tag for all posts you want to display on the slider.

3/ Go to Customize > Featured Slider Options > on "Filter Featured Slider By" select "Tags" and fill tag slug of this tag to the box below it.
