Please send me:
- Your admin URL
- Your admin account ( username and password )
- Your FTP account ( FTP host, FTP username, FTP password ) or your hosting account ( hosting URL, username & password to login )

I had the same problem, so removed the plugin via ftp. Once that is done, you can re-install and it works fine.

Hi,
Strange. Ok, please try go to Plugins > All Plugins > deactivate & remove plugin "Penci Shortcodes"
After that, go back to Appearance > Install Plugins > and re-install this plugin.

I did this, but does't work. I got the same message -> The destination directory already exists.

Hi
The plugin failed to update because the directory already exists. I tried to download and reinstall, but it did not work. How can I delete this directory and install the plugin?
