You should wait for google update it. If you've updated the links on your site, maybe all your posts will gone on search results before google update it.
Also, with questions like that, you should ask a SEOer - we're focus more on programing - we don't know much about SEO..

Why does my permalink show as the below in Google instead of showing the exact URL from my blog post?
http://yourdomain.com/category/postlink
In Settings - Permalinks I have chosen post name.
If I want it to show the exact URL is this possible as it says in the Permalinks settings changing anything can cause serious damage?
