We've said about this in the documentation for Soledad theme here - please take it a look.

You can go to download page and re-download "All files and documentation" package. After that, extract this download package, open the folder, and find plugins folder, open plugins folder and see wpbakery_page_builder.zip file. That's latest version from WPBakery plugin.

Let's go to Plugins > deactivate & remove old version of WPBakery, after that, upload latest version from WPBakery you got above and you will get latest version from the plugin.
