Ahh, seem you've checked to Customize > General Options > Remove all default google fonts - load default fonts from located hosting ( for GDPR policy )
Please un-check to that option to make it work.

That's why I said it did not work. I changed everything there into Viga, part of it change to Viga and some not. How do I turn the part that is not Viga into a Viga? look at the pic I add here
