Hi,

I just do following steps and I see the issues gone:

1/ Go to plugins and deactivate 4 plugins: Cloudflare, Imagify, OptinMonster API, Slider Revolution

2/ Go to again your site and press Ctrl + F5 to clearly all browser cache.

And it working fine now.

Check video from my attach for more.

So, please check again in the 4 plugins above. You have one plugin in 4 plugins above caused that issue.

Hello,

We tried to disable all the plugins but the issue still persists. Strange thing is it works fine on mobile. Only the desktop slider seems to be the issue.

Can you please advise?

The change to auto speed to 800 did not work.

Will try solution 2 tmw and update.

Hi,

Strange, can you please try:

1/ Change the slider auto speed to: 800

2/ Tried deactivate all plugins and check it again. If it work, let's enable each plugin to check what's plugin caused this issue.

Hello,

I am running my website urbanjourney.com using the soledad fashion theme as you can see. Having a weird problem with the featured slider: https://prnt.sc/ms730x

I have total 12 posts in the featured slider, showing 3 posts at a time. As you will notice when you open the site, it opens with the first three and then rotates to the next three (automatically). However after the first rotation it doesn't rotate again to the next 3 unless I manually click the arrow.

I want to to keep rotating through the 12 articles showing 3 each at a time automatically.

Can you please advise whats wrong and how to fix it?
