Please go to Customize > General Options > and check to "Enable Sidebar on Homepage"
Also, as I checked, your images cant' load because you're using lazyload images from WP Rocket. Let's deactivate it.
This theme already support for this feature, so you don't need to use any lazyload images feature from plugins.
Also, we don't recommend you use WP Rocket to optimize your site. You should clearly all the cache from that plugin and deactivate that plugin.

One more thing, after activated the theme, please regenerate thumbnails for this theme to make your site load faster. You have to use plugin Regenerate Thumbnails to generate necessary thumbnails for Soledad theme. After installed the plugin Regenerate Thumbnails, go to admin > Tools > Regen. Thumbnails > Click button "Regenerate All Thumbnails" and wait for it until it's done 100%
