Hi,
If you have that issue, please do following the steps below to fixed it:
1) Install & active plugin Customizer Reset & plugin Customizer Export/Import
2) Go to Appearance > Customize > click to button "Reset" at the top left to reset all your customizer data to default.
3) Import demo style ( .dat file ) you want to change for to your site - by do following ONLY Way 2: Import Only customizer data like we said on documentation here
Also, on the guide for WAY 2 - you will see the way to get .dat file.
One more thing: Check this video tutorial to know how to config homepage magazine layout like on our demos.

Hi,
I switched my theme to Soledad Magazine theme and I am getting some white on white fonts on several pages (archive, abot etc). Before I open a ticket with detailed issues, I would like to troubleshoot some more.
Can you send me the soledad-export.dat file for the Soledad Magazine theme so I can compare some settings?
