Hi,

My homepage is - like in the demo - a collection of latest posts. 

So my homepage is not an editeable page, it just dynamically changes depending on new posts I added to the site.

I use Yoast for my SEO and meta tag setup. On Page/Post level Yoast is editeable.

But how can I alter the home"page" meta description, meta title, etc?
