1/ Because the options for posts does not affect to your configs with this theme - and if you want to use Revolution Slider inside your posts, you just need copy the shortcode of Revolution Slider and paste it to anywhere inside your posts to make it display. We will don't add more this feature because you can do that like I said above.

2/ To remove the title of single posts, please add more this code to Customize > Custom CSS:

3/ To change font size for h1, h2, h3,...h6 on your single posts, please add more this code to Customize > Custom CSS:

.post-entry h3, .wpb_text_column h3 { font-size: 24px; }\

Change the size for each heading title for the size you want.

Because you don't have any sliders in admin page > Revolution Slider.

Please create some slider in Revolution Slider.

Hi,

On the edit a post screen, see on the top right "Screen Options" > click on it and check to "Revolution Slider"

After that, scroll down and you will see that options.
