If your site doesn't exists any old posts/pages need to keep. You can use plugin Wordpress Reset to reset everything to default - like when you just installed Wordpress.

I messed up and didn't read the documentation fully. I uploaded two demos, rather than changing demos. Now I have duplication problems with my site that I'm trying to build. How can I delete all demos and get back to square one (and then re-read all the documentation more carefully)?
