1/ About Slider like https://coolofthewild.com/ , unfortunately, currently this theme doesn't support the feature.

2/ Sorry, The plugin I have not tested is compatible PenNews theme with the plugin.With plugins that do not come from the theme, you must manually check.

As we want to create Mega menu dropdown content with Blog Posts layout like this:

Hi,

Please help with following;

1) How to set opacity 0.8 for the Menu like https://coolofthewild.com/ so background image can be seen through menu background colour.

2) If we want to display Slider like https://coolofthewild.com/ can we do it? 1st Big Post and 2nd small

How do you show drop down content like 'Fitness' and 'Travel' ???

It doesnt show Category sub menu link on left hand side, it just shows Post thumbnails in the full width...

That such a same that its not possible, as the whole blog pages are customizable except Category page.

How much would you charge for this feature?

Hi,

I go to Customize > Addtional CSS then add custom css to fix this issue.

.site-main .vc_row {
   clear: both;
}

About block 23, i only change code on Penci Framework plugin. you can update pennews theme and child theme of plugin

Do we have to update new version of child theme too? as right now I am using Child theme of older version.

If you want show 2 boxes - 1st row 3 boxes - 2nd row when load more, please check "turn on loop items" option ( http://prntscr.com/mzs66n ) and choose "Custom Number Posts for Each Time Load More Posts" is 5 as screenshot http://prntscr.com/mzs6en

Hi,

I asked about this issue in comments section before buying this theme. And I was given assurance that this will be possible.

In Block 32, layout of the Post display is, 2 Big Posts in 1 line and 3 Medium Posts boxes in 2nd line. When clicking Load more, I want post to appear 2 Big Posts boxes in 3rd line and 3 Medium posts boxes on 4th line.

Right now, when clicking more, it keep showing 3 Posts in 3rd and 4th line.

Please see Image 1 in the attachment, thats what happen if I click on Load more button. I want posts to display like Image2 in the attachment.

2 boxes - 1st row

3 boxes - 2nd row

Load more button

2 boxes - 3rd row

3 boxes - 4th row

......

Please help....
