I checked your facebook access tokens on developers facebook.

It seems that your access tokens error as screenshot http://prntscr.com/mz2590,http://prntscr.com/mz25di

Please check again with facebook access tokens then check facebook access tokens on developers facebook

The Instagram seems to be working but the facebook is still not working

Make sure that you inserted "Instagram Access Token" as screenshot http://prntscr.com/myk3p2

If it doesn't work, let's send me your website managment information ( admin url site, username and password ) in order for me to have access to know the exact issue. We will take it a lock on this help you.

My instagram followers suddenly stopped showing on the social counter widget. If I click it it still goes to the correct IG account but it shows 0 followers when I have 15k
