Hi,

We've bought extended license from Frontend Publish Pro - so, you can use it legal. We've said more about this here. you can only install, active and using it.

Because as we said in the documentation, we don't provide license key of Frontend Publish Pro - we don't have permission to do that.

We purchased the the PenNews theme with the understanding " Frontend - Publishing ProYou can accept payments from your contributors..." However Frontend Publish Pro is only a demo can you provide license needed to get the PayPal payment addon?
