ah ok, I renemaed it because I have the older backup version named Soledad so I named the new one something else, so it must be called the same on the server otherwise it will not take the export?

Hi,
This issue caused by you install is wrong or you did change the name of theme folder from 'soledad' to another one. Let's check it again.
The directory need to be: /wp-content/themes/soledad

Thank you, I tried updating the customized data with the recommended plugin but it shows an error, attached is the image.

Hi,
You can use plugin Customizer Export/Import to export your customization data.
And install this theme on the site you want to import customization data and import the file you got when export it before.

Hello,
may I ask if there is a way how to export customization data? For example, if I would need to upload new version of Soledad via FTP, but I would also want to copy the customized data from the older version.
