Bug when changing penci_pheader_ptop values

Hello guys, im trying to change the penci_pheader_ptop value, by default its 200.
I've changed to 100 and refreshed but when i try to apply the value return to 200.
I already deleted and added manually, but when i refresh 200 come back....
