ANYWAY SOLVED MY PROBLEM BY INSTALLING PHP-XML
THANKS FOR TRYING HARD, you guys should actually work on solving errors for people.
Just running away from problems won't help.

About import demo, please send me your website managment information ( admin url site, username and password ) in order for me to have access to know the exact issue. We will take it a lock on this help you.

About WPbakery license, we've bought extended license from WPBakery Page Builder - so, you can use it legal. We've said more about this here.

Hey guys,
I'm trying this since days but it's not happening.

I click on theme i want to import and it's stuck at the page
"Importing Content" this never gets done.
How to proceed further.

Also What WPbakery license do we get with pennews? and what are the steps to activate it?
