Please deactivated all plugin ( excrept plugins come form the theme and try it again ) - If it work, let's enable each plugin to check what's plugin caused this issue.
If it doesn't work, let's send me your website managment information ( admin url site, username and password ) in order for me to have access to know the exact issue. We will take it a lock on this help you.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am trying to schedule my posts in WordPress.
Unfortunately, no matter how far in advance I schedule to publish, it NEVER publishes. It just says it was “missed”.
We have just recently launched our website, so it is fairly new.
I have also updated all the settings in WP-Cron Control. Please see screenshot of attachment below.
Please can you help me solve the problem please.
