That's impossible for any Wordpress theme
There is no way to wordpress theme can detect it.

Hello,
I'm wondering if there's a feature that allows for auto populating the nutrition facts for a Penci Recipe.
For example, based on the recipe ingredients and serving size, I would like penci recipe to automatically populate the Calories, Fat, Protein, Carbs for a serving.
It takes a long time to populate this manually one by one and it would awesome if this was done for me.
