I've tested your site on Ipad and when I did a soft touch - I can open your category mega menu like normal. If we make it open when you touch strong on that category mega menu - it will disable the link of parent menu item on category mega menu, a lot of customers need that links, so we can't disable it..

On the Ipad & Tablet the hover & click event will based on your touch.
If you do a soft touch, it will understand is hover, if you do a strong touch, it will understand is a click.
So, please do a soft touch to open your category mega menu.

I have the problem with mega menu on iPad and tablet. Clicking opens the main menu. There is no time to choose child categories. Can the menu remain open until chosen?
