But my next question is how do you change the location of the navigation bar exactly? See screen shots attached. I currently have it below the logo and I'd like to move it back above similar to the Soledad Hipster demo. I tried to play around in the Menu section but it didn't work for me.

Yes, I figured out its in Soledad List Banners but how do you actually add an image. I don't see a place to upload images in this widget. Can you please provide instructions on how to upload images?

I'm trying to add category images on my homepage sidebar similar to Soledad Hipster theme that link to different main category pages with blog posts  displaying from that category. I don't see which widget to use and how to properly attach my images and create these category pages.
