Strange, I've tested our theme and I see the page navigation still working fine on woocommerce category.
Have you tried deactivate all plugins ( except plugins come from the theme and Woocommerce plugin ) and check it again? After it work, let's enable each plugin to check what's plugin caused this issue.

I have an issue with the number of products to be showed in the category page. My problem is to show all my products in one page without to havethem split into pages. Is there any CSS solution for that? I solved temporarly with a plugin that loads all the products just when the page is called. Please let me know.
