I have found many interesting "styles"for the menu in your examples like in the two screenshots I attach.

Unfortunately I still struggle to understand how to map these examples with the specific configuration of the Soledad theme.

I checked again the documentation and I am sure that there is a logic to find it but I do not get it yet.
