Your config is wrong.
Please go to Appearance > Menus > example on menu item "Non Veg Recipes" remove 2 child menu items "Non Veg Starters" & "Non Veg Curry Recipes"

If you go to https://threewhistleskitchen.com/ and hover over "Non Veg Recipes" Mega Menu, you will see 2 more subheadings "Non Veg Starters" & "Non Veg Curry Recipes" below the images.
Refer the attached screenshot for more details. The same happens for "Veg Recipes" mega menu also.
Could you please help us solve the issue?
