Hi,

1/ Please change custom excerpt length for that text via Customize > Other Layouts Options > Custom Excerpt Length.

2/ Go to Customize > Other Layouts Options > and check to "Add "Read more" button link"

And you can custom the "Read More" text to your language via Customize > Quick Text Translation.
