I just cleared the cache and disabled every single plugin on the site, then opened the site with the incognito mode. But unfortunately the issue is still there. What do you think?

You can try it for yourself.
1/ Clearly all the cache.
2/ Deactivate all plugins.
3/ Check it again on anonymous to get correct results.

Hi, I checked and the caching plugin that I use (WPFC) doesn't have that option, and all the options related to CSS and Javascript are disabled.
The issue occurs even for logged users who can't see the cache.
I even tried to completely disable the caching plugin, but the issue still occurs.

This issue doesn't related with the theme.
Seem you've use a plugin for cache and has check to an option for render CSS by javascript to caused this issue. So, please check it again with the settings from your cache plugin.

In a few words, when I open a post or page, the vertical navigation menu shows up for a half sec, then disappears. It doesn't seem to happen everytime I click on internal links, but it happens most of the times. How can I fix it?
