2/About reponsive ads, please try use ads reponsive on your site . Please check this guide to know how to create a reponsive display ad

3/ About ajax filter of block, please edit block shortcode then click Ajax Filter tab then change ajax filter to any you want http://prntscr.com/nat9s8

Could you help me please with something else? 
I also want to put a slyder like the one in the original PenNews template (as in image PenNews 1) and I do not know how. 
I also have a problem with the ads (image PenNews 2). I do not know how to make them adapt to the mobile.
And if possible, explain to me how can I add more categories in the small menu that is on top of this slyder (Image PenNews 3)?

Hi,

I checked on your site.

It seems that cause by NextGEN Gallery plugin.

I deactivate the plugin and i saw WPBakery Builder work with page http://prntscr.com/nabv9a

Please check it again.

Hi,

Please go to WPbakery Page Builder > Role Manager ,

Make sure that you enable WPBakery Page Builder for pages and Backend editor is enable as screenshot http://prntscr.com/n9ueyj

In some cases, the mod_substitute module default configuration may cause a timeout error on WPbakery Page Builder when loading large pages . To fix this you have to add the following lines in the .htaccess file located in your website main folder:

<IfModule mod_substitute.c>
SubstituteMaxLineLength 10M
</IfModule>

then deactivated all plugin ( excrept plugins come form the theme and try it again ) - If it work, let's enable each plugin to check what's plugin caused this issue.

If it doesn't work, let's send me your website managment information ( admin url site, username and password ) in order for me to have access to know the exact issue. We will take it a lock on this help you.

Few days ago I purchased this theme. If I try to edit a page or add a new page, WPBakery Builder doesn't appear like a option to edit the page. The plugin is activated but says need license. I understand from you that license is not needed because a general license was purchased for the theme and I can use the plugin. I deleted plugin and I uploaded it again from zip file. No changes. I am not able to access changes to the demo, etc without this.

I already contact with our hosting provider and requirements them allow you for SubstituteMaxLineLength & SecFilterRemove feature, as you said, but it still does not work.

post_max_size 512M

memory_limit 2048M

max_input_vars 10000

Please let me know how to fix this.Thank you.

Also, I suggest you do more tutorials.
