How to show last updated time rather than publish date in posts

Hi,

Please check option for it via Customize > General Options > Display Modified Date Replace with Published Date

Make sure you're using latest version of the theme to make this feature work fine. Check this guide to know how to update the theme:

I am writing a lot of content that I update frequently, and would like to show the date the post was last updated rather than published.

Can you point me in the right direction so I can add this to my child-theme for Soledad?
