Hi,
Unfortunately, currently, customize site of Penews theme width doesn't support put the % number and the width in px.
If you want use px, you can use custom css to do that.
Please tell me about width of single post you want change. I send me custom css to do that.

Perfect, this works.
The only thing is: when I try to change the % of main content and sidebar, only moving the separator with the mouse, it keeps continue to maintain the ratio.
Is there a way in which I can put the % number and the width in px?

Do you want change container width of single post on your site ?
If right, please go to Dashboad > PenNews > Site width then change width of single post http://prntscr.com/nbemvg
